Joe Dunne Construction is a family run business, which was founded in 1984. With over 25 years experience, Joe Dunne Construction has asserted its self as one of Dublin’s highest quality builders.

Based in Greenhills Industrial Estate, Dublin, we provide all of our services throughout the greater Dublin area, Co. Wicklow, Co. Meath and Co. Kildare.

Joe Dunne - Managing Director - 087 256 1748

Joe is the Managing Director of Joe Dunne Construction, which is also known as Boutom Building Ltd. He founded the present company in 1984 and has over 25 years experience in the Construction Industry.

From day one he has spearheaded the growth of the company with the emphasis being on a quality product at an affordable price. Joe still to this day takes an active part in every aspect of the company and still has the same enthusiasm as he did when he started.

Warren Dunne - Operations Manager - 087 910 2990

Warren has been a member of Joe Dunne Construction for over three years now and is still growing in experience with every day.

Warren has brought another notch to the company belt with his studies in Business Management and Site Management and has completed a B.A., receiving honors in Construction Technology and Management in D.I.T. Bolton St.

He has also completed courses in Managing Safety in Construction and is a qualified B.E.R Assessor.

Phyllis Dunne - Accounts Manager - Director - 087 224 4197

Phyllis is the head of the Accounts Department in Joe Dunne Construction and is also a Director of the company.

Phyllis handles every aspect of the administration side of the company and has is a lot of experienced in this role.

Along with this, Phyllis is a Director of the company and has a major say in the company’s transactions.

Thomas O’Brian - Site Manager - 087 294 9792

Thomas O’Brian is the longest serving employee in Joe Dunne Construction and has risen to the position of Site Manager due to his in-dept knowledge of the Construction Industry.

Thomas has also worked for the likes of building Giants McNamara Builders, which has only added to his already wide skill set.
