Description:
This Circa 1910 House, which was in original untouched condition, was totally restored from top to bottom back to its former glory. This was achieved by replacing windows that were supplied by Produkt and completely gutting the house but keeping original features like the timber floors, architraves, skirting’s and cornices. Along with this the house was totally rewired, mechanically fixed, plastered, painted and tiled to an outstanding finish.

The extension to this house, which measured 160sqm, was contemporary in design and consisted of a very large living area with an ultra modern kitchen. Over this was the master bedroom with walk in closet and bathroom. We also built a 30sqM shed. All of the back of the house and the shed was finished in monocouche. We also fitted under floor heating throughout the house.
