We completely gutted and entirely renovated this existing house adding a stunning dormer in the attic and living area / bedroom extension. The contemporary finish included timber flooring downstairs, stone floor tiles in the living area and deluxe carpets in all of the bedrooms. The kitchen was completely refitted with high specification units.
Outside, decking was fitted across the width of the extension, and the new roof was a mixture of a zinc and slate finish.
The extension itself was 145sqm, which was mainly the large living area and the master bedroom upstairs, which included a walk in closest and en-suite bathroom. Under floor heating was also incorporated throughout the house.
